This is one of my favourite must haves, essential if you have ever suffered with back pain.

It helps prop up the weight of the baby when it starts to get really heavy.

I wore it over a long vest type top then put a jumper over the top as it’s not especially pretty, but it really helps with the extra weight that the back has to take on. After trying several different types and sizes, this one did the trick.

The doctor recommended this to me due to past back pain. This, in my opinion is the best type because it’s adjustable with a really strong velcro so it grew with me and it fits neatly around bump without any aggravation.
